We want to take a moment to share some important information on our new protocol to keep everyone as safe as we can upon reopening. Here’s what to expect on your next visit to Howling Sorcery, as well as safety measures we are putting in place to keep your safety and comfort our top priority.
Preparation for your appointment.
Be on time. If you are early, please wait in your car until appointment time or call us to see if we are ready for you.
Please do not be late.
It is imperative we stay on schedule to accommodate all of our clients and to ensure we have adequate time to clean and disinfect in between each client, as well as limit client interactions. Sinks and hand soap will be readily available also.
What do I do if I am feeling ill?
Ensure that you aren't presenting any symptoms and have not been in contact with anyone that believes to be positive/has tested positive for Covid-19. If you have a fever or any signs of the flu, or have come into contact with someone with showing signs of Covid-19, please contact us right away to reschedule.
PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE STUDIO IF YOU ARE SICK AT ALL (even if it's not Covid related, we cannot afford to get sick and we will send you home). We will reschedule you at our earliest availability with the artist you are booked with.
Should I bring a friend with me?
Please do not bring an accompany your appointment. Please come by yourself so we can help limit the amount of people in the studio.
Please wear a Mask!
If you do not have one, new disposable medical face masks will be provided to you as you enter.
Masks are required inside the shop for the entire duration of your appointment. Please be courteous to our staff, other clients, and yourself; wear the mask we provide you while you are in the studio.
